We are currently looking for a motivated committed Manager for managing our asphalt terminal in Gresik owned by Stolt Berkah Mulia Mandiri.
GENERAL MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the terminal operations which include import, storage and distribution of Bitumen into the Indonesia market.
- Achieve the KPIs set by the management for to ensure optimal terminal efficiency
- Play the role of main coordinator between the user(s) of the terminal and the terminal management to ensure seamless operations.
- Play the focal point for coordination with the jetty owners to ensure smooth and safe operations during product import using bitumen tankers.
- Lead the safety, Health and environmental process of the terminal to ensure compliance with authority regulations, company policies and best in class practices in the industry.
- Manage efficiently the supporting divisions of the terminal which includes HR and accounting
- Conduct all corporate reporting requirements to the management which includes auditing, account reporting and operations update.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Engineering degree preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 – 10 years relevant logistics and/or oil & gas industry experience.
- Managerial and operational experience.
- Vendor contract management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Good reading, writing and speaking skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
