Currently Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Update rolling out to German HTC Sensation XE and basic HTC Sensation, the update will be more widely available in the next few weeks. The update for the HTC Sensation 4G and HTC Sensation XL will follow, but there is no estimated time of arrival.
